Yesterday we celebrated our SILVER JUBILEE. We decided to celebrate in style. We launched five new initiatives as we move into the future:-
- JBF Alumini Support Initiative (JASI)
- JB MENTORING PROGRAM (JMP). JB has already recruited 20 mentees.
- STEM postgraduate scholarship program. Those interested should apply.
- AMAYI A MWAI TITAKATE (I donated 30 sewing machines to kickstart an industrial garment manufacturing.
- A boys mentoring initiative. Introduced our new medical doctors we have been mentoring and sponsoring who graduated last week. Our latest mentees will be Samson Khembo who we have sponsored at College of Medicine and George Kalichero who invented wind energy in his village in Mulanje. JBF will be sponsoring him to go to MUST.
- Finally, we launched a program on Ufulu Radio to share my experiences with my fellow women on personal development, business and family.
